Keynote
The Accountability Gap
The agent economy's real question: not what AI can do, but who answers for what it does. Rules delayed, accountability not, and what the winners build. For business audiences; no statute recitals.
Live format
Code vs. Codex, live
A developer and a lawyer on one stage, Zsombor Nagy (founder, Cogniforce Labs) at the keyboard, me on the legal consequences, narrated in real time: what an ungoverned AI workspace leaks and a governed one catches. Proven twice; travels well.
Workshop
One layer, not five programs
Working sessions for boards, legal, security and HR: GDPR, AI Act, NIS2 and DORA mapped onto your actual systems, vendors and decision rights, leaving with owners and next steps, not slides.
For programme directors: I take a small number of speaking and teaching engagements per year, in English or Hungarian, preferring formats with a live or working element over panel small talk. Write to janos.kopasz@drkj.hu with the date, audience and format, and you will get a quick, honest answer.
